    Type institute code 100 and choose "Login as Teacher".

    Provide your unique Employee ID, registered Mobile Number, and account PIN.

    Launch Online Class Module
    From the dashboard menu panel, click the "Online Class" feature card.

    Schedule Zoom Session
    Tap the "+" icon. Bind your Zoom credentials on first use, then define the target Class, Date, and Duration.

    Initiate Room
    When the session goes live, click "Join Now" to establish the virtual classroom environment.

    Input your official Student ID, registered Mobile Number, and personal security Pin No.

    Open the "Online Class" module link from your personalized portal dashboard.

    Locate Ongoing Session
    Scan the routine directory cards to find your current course marked with a green "Live Now" indicator.

    Connect to Live Stream
    Press the purple "Join Now" action button to immediately enter the running Zoom room.

🔌 1. Prerequisites & Adding the App

Prerequisites: An active Baily School Teacher/Staff account and a valid Zoom account.

How to Add: Sign in as Teacher > Go to Online Class > Tap "+" > Click "Connect with Zoom" > Authorize your Zoom account via OAuth.

🗑️ 3. Removing the App & Data Deletion Policy

To disconnect and remove the Baily School app from your Zoom account:

  1. Log in to your Zoom Account and go to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Navigate to Manage > Added Apps (or search for Learning Shaper App / Baily School).
  3. Click Remove next to the app and confirm.

Data Retention & Removal Notice:

Upon de-authorization, Zoom sends a webhook event to our server. We immediately and permanently delete your Zoom OAuth access tokens and credentials from our database. No further Zoom data is collected. For inquiries, contact [email protected].
